Our web site provides access to all of our latest catalog items. On your first visit, you’ll be required to register and set up your user name and password (using lowercase letters, numbers, and no spaces). If you are an existing customer, contact customer service to set you up. After processing your information you will have convenient, anytime access to our products and specials as well as a catalog quick order function. Our website can also be used to track your order while in transit with UPS. All web orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours during business days.

Silver Express & Generic Catalogs

Our first Silver Express catalog is shipped free of charge. Additional copies can be purchased at a nominal fee. To help support your business, we also offer the same catalogs in a generic version without the Silver Express logo, contact information, terms and conditions. These are also available for a nominal fee. Many of our customers have utilized this book to establish their own business. Please contact our catalog sales representatives for details. Seasonal/supplement books may be available in generic versions. Electronic versions in PDF format are available on our web site.

Terms

All first time orders are shipped C.O.D. cashier’s check/money order or with credit card payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are accepted. C.O.D. company check and Net 30 day terms are available with a completed credit application on file. Companies and home offices applying for credit must be located in the United States and have an acceptable rating with JBT (Jeweler Boards of Trade) or Dun and Bradstreet.

Discounts
Quantity discounts apply as follows:

Discounts are based on the total dollar amount that is shipped, excluding shipping and handling charges. Discounts may not apply to certain items, that have already been deeply discounted. On our promotion specials there will be no other discounts apply.

Back Orders

Only back orders totaling $25.00 or more will be held. Merchandise on those orders will be shipped when receivedby complimentary UPS ground service. All back orders older than 30 days are subject to cancellation.

Minimum Order

There will be a $10.00 handling charge on all orders under $50.00, excluding shipping and handling charges for orders placed through our website. There will be a $10.00 handling charge on all orders under $100.00, excluding shipping and handling charges for orders placed through our call center.

Tax Resale Certificate

It is necessary for you to have a (State Issued) Tax Resale Certificate or Business License Certificate to process your orders. If you do not currently have one of these certificates from your state, you must obtain one prior to placing your order. All Texas customers are required to provide a hardcopy for our files as well. Texas customers may contact the Texas Comptroller’s field office at Tel. 1-800-252-5555.

Exchanges & Returns

Defective sterling silver merchandise returned within 30 calendar days will be fully refunded or replaced. All returns must be labeled with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package. You mustcontact our customer service for an RMA number. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date. Any order discrepancy must be reported within five (5) days of merchandise receipt.

Silver Express does not replace, repair, or accept merchandise once it has been sold to the retail customer.

Due to the seasonal nature of our sterling silver merchandise, we do not accept returns after 30 days.

Shipping

All merchandise is shipped by UPS ground service as shown below unless otherwise requested. All charges are subject to change without prior notice. Silver Express is not responsible for damages or losses incurred during transit. Shipping charges below are for continental USA delivery only.
